1.1 YouEditors provides video editing services to clients according to their specific requirements. The scope of our services, including pricing, deliverables, and timelines, will be agreed upon in writing or electronically.

1.2 We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if they violate any applicable laws, regulations, or ethical guidelines.

2.1 :Clients are responsible for providing clear instructions, content, and materials necessary for the completion of the editing projects.

2.2 : Clients must ensure that they have the necessary rights and permissions for all content provided to YouEditors. We are not liable for any copyright infringement or legal issues arising from client-provided materials.

2.3 : Clients agree to review and provide feedback on the edited content within the agreed-upon timeframe. Failure to provide timely feedback may result in project delays.

3.1 :Clients shall pay the agreed-upon fees for the services rendered by YouEditors. Payment details, including the payment schedule, will be provided separately.

3.2 : Invoices are payable within the specified timeframe. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

3.3 : All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Any additional expenses incurred during the editing process, such as third-party licenses or stock footage, will be billed separately.

4.1 :YouEditors retains the intellectual property rights to any custom elements, templates, or assets created during the editing process, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4.2 :Upon full payment, YouEditors grants clients a non-exclusive license to use the edited videos for their intended purposes. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the edited content without prior written consent.

5.1 :YouEditors treats all client-provided materials and project details as confidential. We will not disclose or use such information for any purpose other than completing the editing projects, except with the client's consent or as required by law.

6.1 : YouEditors will make every effort to provide accurate and high-quality services. However, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or services.

7.1 :YouEditors reserves the right to modify or revise these terms and conditions at any time. Clients are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Continued use of our website and services after any modifications indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

8.1 : These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your country.
